Q: How long have you been a dentist?

A: Since 2010.

Q: What do you like most and least about dentistry?

A: My favorite part of dentistry is the immediate sense of satisfaction. For the most part, we can resolve a patient’s problem quickly and easily.

Q: What’s a procedure that is particularly challenging and/or rewarding for you as a dentist?

A: The ability and knowledge necessary to place implants.

Q: If someone was considering being a dentist, what advice would you give them?

A: Absolutely do it—it’s an amazing profession.

Q: How do you help during a child’s first dental visit?

A: My best advice is to speak on their level and give them choices.

Q: A lot of adults have dental phobias, too. How do you help those people?

A: We offer amazing sedation options!

Q: Do you have a “favorite” dental procedure? One that you look forward to performing over others?

A: Cosmetic procedures—the immediate before and after “wow factor” is awesome!

Q: Dental technology has changed significantly in the past decade. What, in your opinion, is one of the best tools dentists now have at their disposal?

A: Intraoral cameras, cone beams, and 3D X-Rays.

Q: What do you like to do in your free time?

A: Play tennis, read, travel, and spend time with my friends, family, and dogs.

Q: Be honest: have YOU ever had a cavity?

A: Oh, yes.
