About Dr. Guy Ribando, D.D.S.

Dr. Guy Ribando, DDS, brings over two decades of dental expertise, a deep family legacy in dentistry, and a strong commitment to patient care. A graduate of the LSU School of Dentistry, he practiced in New Orleans before relocating to Greensboro, NC, in 2005.

With a background in psychology and philosophy from Loyola University, Dr. Ribando takes a comprehensive approach to dental health, blending technical skill with compassionate care. A U.S. Army Reserve veteran and retired Lieutenant Colonel, he proudly served as a general dentist during Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom, as well as on humanitarian missions abroad. Dr. Ribando is an active member of the American Dental Association, the North Carolina Dental Society, and the Guilford County Dental Society. Dedicated to both his profession and community, he continues to provide top-tier dental care while supporting initiatives that improve oral health locally and globally.

Dr. Ribando enjoys writing about dentistry as a way to share his knowledge and experience with a broader audience. Whether educating patients on best oral health practices or discussing advances in dental care, he believes that clear, accessible information helps people feel more confident in maintaining their dental health.
