Hygiene Team
Pam A.
Pam started working in our office in July of 1984. Her favorite part of being a hygienist is the relationships and being able to make a difference in the health of her patients. She loves gardening, 18-year-old cat, and enjoys spending time with her 84 year old mom. Her husband and she started dating when she was 15 years old and she is still trying to train him.
Traci L.
Traci began practicing in 1991 after graduating from UNC-CH and started with Friendly Dentistry in 2008. Traci grew up in our beautiful mountains here in NC and loves to spend time doing anything outdoors particularly gardening, hiking, and exploring off the beaten path hunting down waterfalls. She enjoys spending time with her 2 teenagers and dog Bentley. Loves being part of the Friendly Dentistry team and everyone here is like family.
Mina A.
Mina earned her Associates of Applied Science degree from GTCC in 1991. With over 25 years of experience, she is enjoying her profession as a dental hygienist even more today than the first day she started. Mina has been with the Friendly Dentistry team since February 2015. She loves working with them because they are committed to providing the best level of care for their patients, and they are committed to each other and to the growth and success of the practice. Mina is passionate about providing optimal dental care and looks forward to creating a comfortable and relaxed experience for all of her patients.
Janice P.
Janice graduated from the University of Louisville in 1998 and has been practicing Hygiene since. After moving to Greensboro in 2002, she started working with Dr. Clark in April of 2003. Her favorite part of working here is our patients. She is happy to be part of making them healthy and building lasting relationships with them. Fun fact – She loves being outside working in the yard or hiking.
Denna R.
Denna started working with Friendly Dentistry in the summer of 2021. She has been a hygienist since 1986 and has loved helping her patients improve their oral health while developing wonderful relationships with them.
Her passion in life has always been her two kids and her family. Recently she became a “DeDe” to her beautiful granddaughter. She lives in Winston-Salem with her two fur babies and loves to spend time with her family, exercise, shop, and do anything outside.
Amanda M.
Amanda studied at UNCG and Guilford Technical Community College. She graduated and became a registered dental hygienist in 2014 and has been working at Friendly Dentistry since November 2020. She chose this career because she loves working with the community, building relationships with her patients, and providing excellent patient care. Amanda was a long-term patient of Friendly Dentistry prior to becoming a part of the clinical staff. Amanda enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and her puppy, Charlie-Jo.
Diane B.
Diane started working with Friendly Dentistry, September of 2024. She received her Hygiene license from GTCC in June 2020, as a second career. Her favorite part of being a hygienist is developing relationships with patients. Diane loves spending time outdoors hiking in beautiful places with her husband, Marshall and 3 grown children. Some favorite places Diane has traveled with her family include Utah (Bryce, Zion, Arches), the Grand Canyon, Tetons, Glacier National Park and most recently: Iceland!!! Something extra unique about Diane is that she was born in West Africa and spent the first 18 years of her life there.

Jessica W.
Jessica has been with Friendly dentistry since 2022. She enjoys meeting new people and making long-lasting connections with all of our patients. She loves the unique culture of the office where teammates and patients are all considered family.
Katie S.
Katie has been a part of the Friendly Dentistry team since 2005. She thinks the culture is amazing! The Friendly Dentistry team is more like family and every patient is treated as if they are family as well.
Jenny R.
Jenny has been in dentistry since 2011 and joined the Friendly Dentistry Team in 2019. What she loves most about dentistry is the opportunity to educate patients and help them realize their treatment goals. She has learned so much about elevating patient experiences since joining the Friendly Dentistry family. Outside of work, Jenny enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and making memories that last a lifetime. She especially loves spoiling her 4 grandchildren and making the most of the “empty nest” phase of her life with her husband, JR.
Sara B.
Sara has been a part of the Friendly Dentistry team since July of 2006. She feels it’s a great team because not only are they like family, but they feel the patients are as well. Sara takes pride in giving the patients comfort and making a difference in their lives.
Leigh Ann S.
Leigh Ann has been a dental assistant since 1986 and joined our practice in 2018. She started her career in orthodontics and then transitioned into pediatrics where she stayed for 16 years. She found her way to general dentistry where she cherishes her patients and the lifelong relationships she has made over the years. It is very dear to her that she gets to be a small part of changing people’s lives through dentistry. She has 2 children and 4 amazing grandchildren. Her fur baby Benz keeps her very occupied. She loves family time, travel, and her work family.
Jennifer F.
Jennifer has been with the Friendly Dentistry team since 2003. She is a people person who loves working with and getting to know each patient. The field of dentistry is constantly changing; the technology is incredible, and Jennifer says it keeps her on her toes! She loves the team’s commitment to staying on the cutting edge, and putting the patients’ care first.
Kenzie O.
Kenzie has been in the dental field since 2021 and joined the Friendly Dentistry team in 2023. Her heart lies in growing within the dental field as a long term career. Kenzie shows a lot of compassion and dedication for making the best impression so that her patients feel at home and part of our dental family. Outside of work she loves riding four wheelers and spreading her humor amongst her family and friends.
Breanna W.
Bree has been in the dental field since 2022, starting in pediatrics. In 2024 she began a new journey at Friendly Dentistry, she is excited to continue making new relationships with patients and team members. The most important thing to her in dentistry is making her patients feel comfortable and always putting the patient first. It brings her joy to be able to see the reactions of patients when their smiles gets to change, and she looks forward to continuing to make even a small difference in patients' everyday lives. Since being at Friendly Dentistry she has appreciated the dedication everybody has shown and it is comforting that this team, including the patients, is a family. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her 3 fur babies, riding four-wheelers, and traveling to new places!
Jean N.
Jean joined Friendly Dentistry in 2025. After teaching for several years, she went back to school to start a new career as a Dental Assistant. She loves to teach and help others so the transition was easy. Jean loves the culture at Friendly Dentistry. Patients come first, employees work together, and the dental care is excellent. Jean loves spending time with family, being outdoors, reading and playing pickleball.
Natalie S.
Natalie has been in the dental field since 2015 and joined Friendly Dentistry in 2025. She loves working at our practice because of the supportive and compassionate environment where her team is encouraged to grow and succeed. Originally from Palm Coast, FL, Natalie enjoys connecting with patients and helping them achieve their desired smiles and improve their dental health. Outside the office, she loves outdoor adventures, working out, crafting, and spending time with her son, Nick, and partner, Rebekah.
Lindsey H.
With a career in dentistry that began in 2010, Lindsey prides herself on building lasting relationships with patients and providing them with top-tier care. When she's not at the office, she enjoys baking, traveling, and making memories with her family. A devoted "fur-mama" to her beloved dog, Charley, she also has a special place in her heart for the autumn season.
Administrative Team
Sarah C.
Sarah Crayton is originally from Salisbury, NC and moved to Greensboro in 2009 to attend UNCG. She graduated with her bachelor’s in Social Work. In 2014 she found a passion for helping others in the field of Dentistry. It was 2017 that she joined our office as the Financial Coordinator. She enjoys her position because it gives her an opportunity to help others and challenge her problem-solving skills. Outside of work she enjoys gardening, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two dogs.
Allison C.
Allison has worked at Friendly Dentistry since the end of 2017 and has been in the dental field since 2003. Her favorite thing about Friendly Dentistry is coming to work with family every day. She loves the support and the fun everyone has together, from coworkers to patients. Allison is originally from North Carolina and has lived in several different states. She is happy to be back in her home state. She is raising 2 boys and is a die-hard Tennessee Vols fan. Family is very important to Allison, which is why Friendly Dentistry is the perfect work home!
MEGAN M.
Megan joined the Friendly Dentistry team in 2017 and has been smiling ever since! As a Treatment Coordinator, she loves being able to help patients achieve their goals as she works with them to create a financial and scheduling plan that works best for them. She really values our office culture because she takes pride in the importance that we place on treating our team members and patients like family. In her free time, her favorite thing to do is anything that allows her to spend time with those closest to her. She is looking forward to seeing you soon!
Kara C.
Kara began her dentistry career in 2012 as a dental assistant. She worked in oral surgery until she joined Friendly Dentistry in 2021. Kara loves helping people and making her teammates and patients smile.
Samie D.
Samie graduated from GTCC in 2010 as a dental assistant and with an Associates Degree in General Occupational Technologies. She has been in dentistry since then and joined the Friendly Dentistry administrative team in fall of 2022. While at work Samie loves making the world a brighter place one smile at a time. When she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family traveling, line dancing and walking her dog in the park.
Shanna H.
Shanna became a member of the Friendly Dentistry team in 2020, but she has been in dentistry since 2015. When she joined our team, she knew she was in the right place because she truly believes in our vision of making a difference one smile at a time. Shanna loves her position as a Treatment Coordinator because she understands the importance of helping our patients work towards their goals in a way that works great for them. In her spare time, Shanna finds joy in loving on her fur babies and anything related to sweet summertime! Some of her favorite summer activities are going to the pool or beach and hiking beautiful NC trails. She is so excited to work with you soon!
Alysha T.
Alysha has worked in the dental field since 2019. Since then, she has found joy and passion in dentistry by helping patients feel comfortable before getting into the chair. She is married to her best friend and high school sweetheart, Ryan, and together they have one son, Dylan. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, gaming, and spending time with her family. She looks forward to scheduling an appointment for you!
Colleen J.
Collen joined our practice in 2025 and feels right at home! She's very happy to be a part of an amazing team. Colleen has recently moved to the area after living in Charlotte for more than 20 years where she raised two beautiful daughters. While there, she worked with a dental specialist for over 19 years. She loves to Travel and though born and raised in Western Montana she has also called Alaska, Oregon, Maryland, Virgina, and New York home. She is now happy to call Greensboro home, especially since she is so close to her first sweet grandbaby. She enjoys live music and spending time with friends and family to keep the good times rolling!
